Summary
The Lightwoods have a secret that they keep extremely guarded from everyone. The clave, downworlders and even other shadowhunters. For generations some of the children they gave birth to weren't human. They were inhumanly beautiful and empathetic and were born with different marks. Alec and Isabelle Lightwood were both born with marks and have always known what the people around them were feeling at any given moment. Alec's mark was purple eyes and his nails changed color based on emotion. Isabelle's mark was magenta eyes and hair that changed color based on emotion. Alec has always had to wear a glamor hiding what made him different but lately he has wanted to show magnus his marks and let him see the true him, but he is scared of how his parents will react and what magnus will think.

Summary
When Sanji finally saw Zoro again after Whole Cake Island, they didn't exactly have time to sit down and chat. There were people to be saved and preparations to be made for the approaching battle with Kaido and Big Mom, and he barely even saw Zoro at all until after it was all over.
Now, he was starting to wonder if, maybe, that had been deliberate.

For a long moment the cook simply continued to puff away on his cigarette while Zoro glowered at him, but finally he said, “Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea. You might be able to keep yourself from touching me, but that means I’ll have to ask you to move around if the rest of this is going to work. And we both know how you feel about taking orders from me.”
“Says who? I can take orders from you just fine, asshole, as long as they aren’t stupid.”
It was only once the words left his mouth that Zoro’s brain actually registered what he’d just said, and he became painfully aware of the fact that he’d fallen into a trap. What trap he wasn’t sure, because Sanji’s ‘challenge’ to keep his hands to himself still didn’t seem all that difficult, but he could tell from the way the cook’s eyes lit up that Zoro had done exactly what he’d wanted him to. Goddamnit.
Sanji issues Zoro a challenge to keep his hands to himself during sex. This proves to be a lot harder and a lot more enlightening than Zoro anticipated.

“It’s just fucking irritating,” Sanji continues, “ How I thought I was better. How I was better. I stopped sleeping with the lights on and stopped tiptoeing around shit and I wasn’t so scared Judge would come for me anymore.”
“And then?” Zoro shifts, crossing his arms to rest his head atop them.
“And then I had to go back. A week and a half of seeing his face and suddenly I’m eight years old again, down in that fucking cell. I hate it. I hate him. I hate what he did and I hate that I can’t get over it, no matter what the hell I do.”
Zoro doesn’t like the crease forming between Sanji’s eyebrows, his lips pressed into a thin line. “It won’t always be like that,” He tries.
“And you would know?”
Zoro thinks of Tashigi, a face buried years in the past pasted onto a stranger. He remembers how his heart sank when she opened her mouth and he realized it wasn’t her , the fear he felt afterwards. “I think I would.”
