Summary
When Belle experiences a VR accident while plugged into an old computer system, her brain downloads a jumble of unique data that certain factions believe to be essential to human understanding of the Hollow phenomenon. A client of Victoria Housekeeping and of Von Lycaon desperately wants to carefully decode and copy that jumbled data from Belle's mind. Meanwhile, unknown and sinister third parties want to destroy that data forever, and the easiest and most obvious way to accomplish that is to assassinate Belle.
Belle's double life as a small-business owner and proxy becomes even more complicated when Von Lycaon moves into Random Play to protect his client's interest in Belle's continued existence. The wolf thiren becomes a live-in butler and bodyguard while Belle's life strains under the stress of business, conspiracies, and assassins. And through it all, she can't help but foster a simmering attraction for the stately and poised wolfman now at her side for almost every waking moment.
