Summary
Harry had always disliked the titles that were thrust upon him. First he was a freak, then he became the-boy-who-lived, and before he knew it he had been a liar, a traitor and the undesirable number one.
The point was, his names were numerous and they were all a pain in his ass. His newest one was no better, of course. Even in his wildest dreams he wouldn’t imagine Voldemort calling him his soulmate.

Summary
The books had said it was passed down only through the Gaunt line.
His uncle had bastardized it, little more than a drunken slur. Harry, though- Harry had whispered it: low and dark, like forbidden fruit.
Perhaps more than Parseltongue ran through Tom's veins. The Gaunts carried a hunger in their blood- not just for power, as is their right- but for each other.
Tom thinks of the way their legacy had dripped from Harry's tongue, later that night, as his wrist works beneath the covers. He feels no shame for his urges.
Tradition is sacred, after all. And Tom had always wanted a family.
