Summary
Vox was an innovator, a CEO and Overlord. Hundreds of souls belong to him, money was no question and he was living his best undead life. Decades of being on top, no one dare threaten Vox's control of the head of Hell's media and technology. Anyone had to be an idiot to challenge him.
But as with everything, time can sneak up and soon Vox find himself out of loop of what’s draws the attention of younger demons. Some club DJ hack decided to step up and take Vox’s place.
Now Vox wants nothing more than wipe that fucking smile off his face.
Yes, he wanted to destroy him.
Nothing else.

Len didn't think a normal heist with his newly forming Rogues would lead to a young man falling into their lap. Literally. Out of a mirror even. All he wanted to do was even the playing field by getting his cold gun back. But maybe this kid was the ace in the hole he needs to finally win.
Doesn't help that this new metahuman isn't hard on the eyes either.

“We missed you, you big baby,” she says, and Alastor laughs wetly, muffled. “You got a lot of explaining to do, but hell, you’re still one of us.”
“Frankly,” Vox says, “if you actually tried to leave, I would lock you up in the basement.”
Valentino sighs affectionately, squeezing Alastor’s hand. “He doesn’t mean that.”
“I very much mean that.”
Alastor wants to say something along the lines of “I would be offended by anything less,” but when he tries to speak, all that comes out, horrifyingly, is a crackly sob. But it just makes Vox’s arms tighten around him, so, whatever. There are worse things.
Or: In a softer timeline, Alastor comes home to the Vees when his seven year sabbatical is up.

Summary
Seven years ago, Alastor's desire for vengeance landed him in Pentagram City's Colosseum. The demon-cursed man has bided his time, and when Lucifer, Emperor of the Seven Rings, finally attends the games– suffice to say, that time has come.
As soon as Lucifer laid eyes on the victorious gladiator, he knew he had to meet him. Taking every opportunity to insert himself into Alastor's life, the two grow closer... but nothing is ever that simple.
Alastor wants his vengeance. He wants his freedom. But if the cost is the Emperor's life, can he follow through?

Somehow that was harder to accept than the fact he was in Hell.
