It’s not like Mizuki likes shirking their duties, it’s just that sometimes leisure is so much more attractive than what they’re supposed to do. Like doing their daily rounds around the town, which, in Mizuki’s opinion, should be delegated to someone beneath them. After all, Mizuki was now 22 and they had been working for the crown since they were 15, so you would expect some more exciting work- like slaying dragons! Or doing anything other than breaking up disputes between disgruntled old couples. Mizuki was a knight, not a social worker.
