Summary
When Midoriya Izuku's quirk came in (a year late) he wasn't expecting for his life to fall apart. He wasn't expecting his quirk to be wings that bursted from his back in the middle of the night. He wasn't expecting his father to make good on his threats to leave. He wasn't expecting for his mother to start hitting him. And he never expected to be abandoned at a police station at six years old.
At age ten, Izuku found himself in a group home after too many foster homes had rejected him. There, he met Shinso Hitoshi, a boy with a worryingly similar story. They quickly found solace in each other, and soon after, began to sneak out together.
Three years later, the vigilante duo known only as Nightingale catches the attention of a particular winged hero. The hero offers a roof over their heads and warm meals, and love... but after so many adults have proved themselves untrustworthy, the offer seems far too good to be true.

Izuku and Hitoshi are vigilante brothers that Papa Hawks (TM) just wants to take in cause the poor fledglings really need some love.

Summary
When he was six years old, he manifested a rare gift to change into a cat and he was told to never let anyone else find out. When he was twelve, Toya burned to death on a mountain, and a few years later, Dabi woke up. He has had a lot more options for survival being able to hide out as a cat whenever he doesn't have money or anywhere safe for a human to sleep and he has just managed to survive.
But when he hears about the League of Villains attacking UA, he wants to know more about the organization and its affiliations. Afterall, anyone willing to take such a shot at the heroes could be useful for his goals. He was not anticipating tracking down the so-called leader and finding a barely twenty-year-old gamer who's still recovering from being shot. He still forces his way into the apartment anyway, he has information to gather and if he can do it warm, safe, and dry, then that's a good enough excuse for him.
Becoming Tomura Shigaraki's housecat may be more complicated than he first thought though.
