When Miles Morales snuck out of his dorm window after class as Spider-Man, he expected to have to deal with a few pickpockets and purse snatchers at best, and maybe a random criminal turned super-villain at worst. It was much more common than he thought it probably should have been. he didn't expect to end up fighting a gang, and he definitely didn't expect to be shot with bullets made to specifically slow his healing.

Jason jumped.
Which should’ve by itself triggered an alarm for Dick that something was wrong. Luckily, or rather unluckily, for him, Jason had both guns trained on Dick within a second. That definitely was enough to make the sirens go off.
This was weird.
Jason wouldn’t have fumbled with the window. He wouldn’t need this much time to break in. Dick’s security system wasn’t weak, not by any measures, but someone with Jason’s training? He should’ve been able to make easy work out of it.
Then there was the ungraceful way that Jason had climbed in. Sure, he didn’t have Dick’s circus training, but he did have Batman’s, not to mention some League training from Talia. There was no logical reason that Jason should’ve been stumbling the way he was.
“You wanna put the guns down, so we can talk?” Dick called out, when neither of them had made a move in a minute.
Something was definitely wrong here.
Or alternatively; Jason breaks into Dick's safehouse after killing the Joker.
