Summary
After only eighteen years on this earth, Antochilus thinks, Achilles was already a living legend. He is Phthia’s pride and joy, the saviour of the fading throne, a dying monarchy. The resurrecter of a falling kingdom.
But Antochilus knows he is not the only one to see it.
There is a dark-haired man standing in the corner of the Hall. And Antochilus knows, right then and there, this is all going to end very badly.

Summary
“I’m confused,” Achilles puts his hand up, winding a golden curl round his finger lazily, “is this the version where you are allowed to steal, as long as you don’t get caught?”
“Achilles, did you not just listen to my ENTIRE soliloquy-”
“Well, you asked if anyone had any questions, and I had a fucking question-”
“Okay,” Helen interrupts, ever the peacekeeper, “let’s just start. Who’s going first?”
Briseis, Diomedes and Achilles all open their mouths at the same time. Helen quickly backtracks.

Summary
I remain at the top of the steps to his tomb. I have not left since the day they buried his ashes in the earth.
Sometimes, it is almost as if I hope he will appear besides me. As if he will return to me.
As if our love could transcend time, and reason, and religion, and ritual, and the laws of the Gods. Loving him was trying to fit a universe"s worth of love into a sand grain of time. To fit the cosmic into the minute.
He never appears.
He never will.
Still, I wait.
Thetis remains unresponsive, inscrutable in her stillness. I continue, caring not if she listens. This is my last monotony. And if I am to fade, I will do so speaking of him.

Summary
"You know... we could actually do it."
"What?" Patroclus" head whips around so quickly Achilles thinks its going to fly off his neck.
"I mean, what"s the point of everyone talking about it if it"s not true? Besides, there"s no way to prove we didn"t."
**
OR the whole university thinks Achilles and Patroclus are hooking up, and Achilles has something to do about it.
