Summary
On Harry's 10th birthday, he falls gravely ill. So ill that the Dursleys, after days of leaving the boy in agony, are forced to take him to the hospital. When Muggle medicine fails, Severus Snape is the one to answer the call for aid. He soon realizes that all he has been told of the boy's 'pampered', 'loved' and 'spoiled' life have been utter fabrications.
When Severus sees the depths to which Albus Dumbledore is willing to sink to play games with their lives, he decides he must protect the boy from the Headmaster, before it is too late.

Or in which Orochimaru and Tsunade got batshit drunk and because of a Fuuinjutsu scroll, they suddenly found themselves in the past, in a body too small for comfort, lost from each other's company and had the unanimous and silent decision that they would do everything for Konoha to be built again even if both Senju and Uchiha would not like it.

Or in which Kakashi suddenly found himself in a different dimension, de-aged, missing his sandals and decided that he would adopt Orochimaru at their first meeting, give Sakumo endless cuddles, be the friend Gai deserved and fuck the rules of time travel. Because what? He's freaking Hatake Kakashi, Hero of the Sharingan, Rokudaime Hokage of Konohagakure and he could do whatever he wants.
Or really, Kakashi just couldn't accept the fact that he's in a different dimension and chucked it up to time travel.
