He wheezed. “A what?”
“Ohh dear.” She said awkwardly. “Well, you’ve agreed to, erm, a magical ceremony. Of sorts. It, it reads your magical signature and determines a list of eligible witches that are best matched to you.”
His stomach sank with every word she said. “And then I, what, have to marry them?”
“Oh no no, don’t worry, not that. But you do have to, erm, date them. The one you choose, from the list.”
"The list. Right."

How else is Harrie to get Snape to notice her? If she uses his desire for 'physical comfort' after three years in a coma to get him to agree to an arrangement with her, well that'd be rather Slytherin of her, wouldn't it? And if she doesn't notice a few things herself, well who can blame her when she has a Snape to distract her...oh and a confusingly flirtatious Draco, an annoying Ministry asking her to spy on Snape and the Malfoys, and an adorable little critter named Antiqa. Sigh, it's never not an exciting time for Harrie Potter.

The first book will follow Harry from childhood to the end of Hogwarts and has no main pairing - only friendships and background relationships.
The second book will be post-Hogwarts and will have pairings but no explicit content and Harry is aroace. If you're only interested in gen fic, you don't need to read the second book. It will follow Harry navigating adulthood, learning interesting magic, and figuring out what he wants beyond being a snake. Humour, worldbuilding, and character driven.
