Summary
Eddie thought he was going to have an easy day, but when a group of hunters intrude on his lunch with their pet werecoyote, he calls for backup to save the guy in the form of resident werewolf Chief Hopper. Together they're able to get him away from the hunters and to Hopper's cabin, but what do they do with him now that he's safe?

It's been a month since their showdown with Vecna, and Steve is finally coming to terms with something being wrong with him. He barely eats, he gets enough sleep to keep going, but the party and Robin still need him so he has to go on. Robin is excited for a date she has with Vickie, and the kids are excited about some Lunar Eclipse thing happening on the same night. Nothing goes to plan for Steve, who ends up transforming into a monstrous bat at the peak of the bloody Full Moon and finds himself being guided back to the Upside Down, where a vampire Eddie Munson has been waiting for his way back home.

Daniel was meant to be closing up Mr Miyagi's Little Trees when Mike Barnes showed up with his two goons, Snake and Dennis, hellbent on trashing the place and threatening him when an unlikely hero shows up and saves him. He hadn't seen Johnny Lawrence since the previous December, it was like he vanished without a trace - not that he went looking for him or anything, good riddance!
Only there was more to Johnny than he was expecting, not that you could ever predict your old school bully was a Werewolf! Or a Werecoyote or whatever the hell he was! Now he has a monster following him home and he really hopes he doesn't have to explain this whole mess to Mr Miyagi.

Fast forward to present day 1990, he’s now living in a decent little place with his boyfriend, Steve Harrington, who’s honestly pretty meh about cats. He doesn't hate them, he's just never had a pet either.
Their world isn’t exactly rocked when a pitch black ball of fuzz wobbles her way into their lives, but she does change it. Steve is indifferent to her but agrees that she’s adorable, and agrees to let Eddie call her Ozzie, after the guy from black sabbath. To his devastation, despite being the one to spoil her, Eddie discovers the kitten is obsessed with his boyfriend - he understands, but still.
