He’d really grown into his looks was her first thought.
What the actual fuck, Hermione was her second.
“The sitting room.” Malfoy strode in front of her, pointing out each room of the Manor with a lazy, bored affectation. So far, they hadn’t passed the one room in the house she didn’t want to see. But that didn’t stop her from fisting her shirt hem in her clammy hands at each door, just in case.
“Dining room. Study. My office—no one’s allowed in there, and the door’s warded, so don’t even try.”
“Wouldn’t dream of it,” she mumbled.
He paused by an ornate wooden door at the end of the east wing. “Your room.”
“We’re not…?”
The unspoken question lingered in the heavy air.
“Do you wish to share a room with me, Granger?” Malfoy sneered and towered over her, his voice laced with casual cruelty. “Because I don’t particularly wish to share one with the likes of you.”

Summary
Ginny and Pansy swear that when someone rolls their sleeves up it makes them instantly more attractive, but Hermione isn’t sure she agrees.
Until she sees Draco’s forearms and rolled-up shirt sleeves, that is.
She couldn’t find him attractive, surely? So she sets about doing the one thing Hermione does best - researching her way through the male population just to check that rolled sleeves really are the only reason for her attraction to Draco Malfoy.
All in the name of science, of course.
