Bakugou has had some therapy and two pining idiots have some good old converation.
It is nearing the end if second year for the heroes-in-training. After the literal war these children fought, U.A. mandated therapy for all. Because let's face it, they absolutely needed it.
Bakugou Katsuki however, should have gotten it well before then. Maybe when he nearly died for Midoriya Izuku the first time. Or when he got kidnapped by a bunch of people vilified by society and encouraged toward a life of crime because of bias? Oooh or when a teach decides to chain and muzzle a literal child to a post because he didn't want to smile and look pretty for the cameras?
No, realistically the explosive teen should have been in therapy as a little kid, but The Hag really lived up to that moniker. After all, Explosion is a powerful quirk why would its weirder be anything less than powerful and strong?
