A modern AU series where John Laurens is in a relationship with Gilbert Marquis de Lafayette (imply the rest of his names), and in which Paris as a city and France's capital plays a significant role in each of the works. It also includes minor background Aaron Burr/Alexander Hamilton relationship and these two parenting for Aaron's biological daughter, Theodosia.
My dear friend aScandalinCamelot is the original creator of the idea of the AU and the first work in the series. I, Aeschyli, merely wrote the stories, sharing my own ideas and pieces of it with aScandalinCamelot.

Summary
Music One-shots is a multifandom series in which I take song lyrics and re-interpret them in the meaning of a ship, a relationship or a character. The lyrics of the songs are used in the works and serve as dialogue/monologue parts or study builders (whether it's one scene, the entirety of the story or how the story progresses).
The titles of the works are the same as the song titles. I always credit the original author(s) of the song and its lyrics.
All works are tagged as "Inspired by Music" and "Inspired by [the artist(s)]", if an appropriate tag exists in ao3 already.
The works can obviously be read without knowing the songs, for the lyrics are used as the genuine parts of the story, not an addition to it. The plots of these one-shots are based on the songs' lyrics and my interpretation of them. I only write works for this series when I myself feel a strong connotation between the song lyrics and the ship/character/relationship, such a connection existing in my head and for me.

Summary
A series of (mostly) independent hamburr (mostly) one-shots, all of which contain hurt/comfort content. In some of these works it's Aaron Burr, who's hurt, and in some it's Alexander Hamilton, but the "hurt" part never comes from their relationship itself, because even if one of them is struggling, the other is there to help and comfort him. Hence the title of the series - mentally unstable boyfriends in a healthy relationship.
This series speaks a lot about mental health and mental disorders. Some of the works in here contain angst and may be found triggering by certain individuals. All trigger warnings are always tagged.
Most works in this series aren't connected. Also, the series is likely never to be marked as complete, because the works in it are separate from each other. (Or at least most of them).
