Summary
"What surgery? You said they were fine!" Anger pulsed through him. "What haven't you told me?"
Gupta covered her mouth with her fingers. "Didn't anyone tell you?" she said. "Mr. Hart—he's in surgery. It looks—I'm afraid it doesn't look very good. I'm sorry. Someone should have told you."
The room lurched around Nick.
Next thing Nick knew, his head was being lowered and a blanket put over him.
"No," he said, pushing the blanket away. "Just tell me what's happening. I thought Stephen was—dead." He forced the word out.
"Dead?" she repeated, like a damned parrot. "No, no, not dead, not last I knew—who told you he was dead?"

"Torchwood One taught me to follow orders without question, Jack," he said nervously. "I won't be that person again. I can't."
Ianto knew Jack would find out he'd given Gwen the location of Flat Holm. He wasn't sure which was worse: dreading the moment when he had to talk to Jack about it, or actually talking to Jack about it.

“Colonel Carter? What brings you down here this”—he shot a quick look at his computer screen—“this time of night?”
She walked closer and pulled up a stool.
“I’m, I’m still working on the code, as you can see,” McKay said, waving at his laptop. “The problem is—”
Be blunt, Zelenka had advised, and that fit her own understanding of McKay, so she went with it. “The problem is that you seem to be working yourself into the ground.”

Summary
"Kübler-Ross described some of the stages of receiving catastrophic news. She never claimed these were the only ones, or that they followed this exact sequence, or that people went through each stage once and only once. You were taught a simplified version. Many people go through stages out of order, skip or repeat stages, or go through variations on the ones she identified."
"Oh, great! You mean I have to go through some of those other parts again?"

Summary
The Master has a brilliant plan for taking over the universe with an alien mild control machine. This plan does not involve the Doctor, and it certainly doesn't involve the two of them accidentally erasing their memories, then being stuck together for days trying to figure out how to get the machine working again, never mind doing so while making incorrect assumptions about the nature of their relationship or struggling against confusing feelings and disturbing suppressed memories. But when has anything ever gone according to the Master's plans?

A canon divergent story about Neal's reaction to Peter's decision to assign him a new handler. The title comes from a quote from an unknown source: It is the size of one’s will which determines success.

Bookmarker's Notes
This would have been a fine episode! Poor Neal kind of brought it on himself, but he did work out a way for everyone to win. Peter should give him a little more credit. And it's a good thing El is there to moderate Peter's inquisitive impulses and make sure the poor guy gets some rest.
You have lots of good details: Neal's prior knowledge of Aiko, the way she makes it hard for anyone to hear because she knows the FBI is listening, her ploy to get the materials into June's house, even the contents of the Burkes' medicine chest!
