Summary
Hawkmoth was defeated. While Marinette would have loved to give Adrien time to get over everything the next thread was on it's way. Lila took the Butterfly Miraculous and ran away. Months of searching finally payed off. The Parisian Heroes found her to be located in Gotham. With Batman being kinda overprotective over his territory though only Ladybug, as the Guardian, made her way there. Lila was already on to hurt people though and without Ladybugs Luckycharm the Akumasmade Gotham even worse than it already was.
Now Ladybug has to Team-up with the Bats to defeat the New Hawkmoth while also surviving in the City with the worlds highest crime rate and her Luckycharm won't be able to fix everything either...

Summary
4 months after the defeat of Hawkmoth, the akuma class wins a trip to Gotham. While they are there, Marinette keeps attracting bad luck, and can never seem to stay out of trouble. The Batfam is very interested when they learn about what had happened in Paris, so they question ladybug.
Marinette manages to worm her way into the hearts of the whole Wayne family (she stole the heart of the youngest, though he would never admit that). As they work to build their relationship, they face different forces that threaten to pull them apart.
