So yes, when Izuku heard Aizawa-sensei's words, he was filled with an inexplicable, ominous feeling that something terrible was going to happen during the next week, not because of his own lack of access to technology, but because of the endless horrible possibilities of things that his classmates might decide to do with the absence of screens as a use of time.
Or, class 1-A gets banned from screens for a week. It goes about as well as you would expect it to.
