Sometimes, it's nice to enjoy life after the sealing of Vecna. The peace and quiet. The simplicity of it all... But sometimes, Vox Machina misses the old days. And so, sometimes, they take time off from their lives to relive those old days. They get out their old equipment, don their old gear, meet up outside of Greyskull Keep and head out into the world to see what trouble they can get into for a few weeks. Just them. Just like old times. They fight monsters like old times. Sleep in the woods like old times. Get drunk in little taverns in small towns like old times... rent out cheap rooms and fight over who gets to sleep on the bed or on the floor like old times... or, in Percy's case, get really freakin' annoyed by his companions like old times. Like when his gun freakin' jams like old times, and they won't let him fix it until he takes care of himself first. But sometimes, the old times contain things you would prefer to keep in the old times. But that doesn't always happen. The Lord of Whitestone gets a jarring reality check that sometimes, the old times come creeping in... Briarwood was in his past. Now, Briarwood looks to shape his future into something he doesn't want, but he may not be able to fight.
