The "5 Times" prompt, but it's SatoSugu through Megumi's eyes.
"Megumi is 16, and he isn’t sure what woke him. His phone screen tells him it’s 1:27 a.m. Maybe Satoru finally made it home from his mission.
He ambles out of his bedroom, rubbing the sleep from his eyes, just to make sure.
He hears hushed voices before he rounds the corner to the living room. Unsure why anyone would be up that isn’t Satoru, who likely wouldn’t be talking to himself, Megumi is suddenly on alert. He slides his back against the wall, peering around the corner to see who’s there.
It’s Suguru.
He exhales.
After seeing Suguru’s face, however, he feels like his sigh of relief may have been premature."

Summary
“No, I can handle a mission, I’m not really that sick, just being dramatic,” Satoru said, raising his head from the table.

“Come on, let’s get this over with,” Satoru yawned, rolling out of the open car door.
It took a while, but eventually they felt the curse’s presence. It felt strong. Weaving in between the pews, they should’ve seen it by now.
“Forgive me,” a cacophony of voices cried, over and over again. Some weeping, some shouting, some young, some old. And then Suguru’s vision went black.
OR
Suguru gets Satoru sick and both of them struggle with it a bit. Caretaking Fluff ensues. (Reading part 1 would definitely help, but probably isn't totally necessary!)

Summary
"With a few swats of his hand, Satoru dispelled the lingering grade 4 curses, while Suguru absorbed those worth keeping. Such was their routine. And, in accordance with said routine, Suguru was now sitting on the stoop outside of the entrance to the elementary school, fighting the urge to vomit.
Satoru walked over to him, placed his sunglasses back over his aching eyes, and handed him a partially crushed water bottle from his back pocket.
“Thanks,” Suguru mumbled miserably.
“Yup,” Satoru replied, and sat down next to him on the stoop, resting his palm on the middle of his back.
Suguru sat uncomfortably still with his head in his hands.
“Worse than normal?” Satoru asked.“As if normal isn’t bad enough,” Suguru groaned.
OR
Suguru gets the flu and Satoru and Shoko take good care of him, despite his efforts against them.

Summary
He picked up the call and put the phone to his ear, and had barely said hello when he realized something was very wrong.

“I, uh,” his voice shook and sounded muffled through the phone, “I just wanted to say I’m sorry. And that I—“ a sharp breath, “—that you’re my best friend. Thank you for always being there.” His words were rushed and Satoru got the feeling he was going to hang up if he didn’t start talking.
“Suguru, what,” Satoru fumbled around for the right words, “what are you talking about? I mean, of course, always, but what… What’s going on?”
A choked sob rattled through from the other end of the line, and Satoru was immediately standing.
“I just—I can’t do this anymore. I can’t be this person anymore,” Suguru gasped, then Satoru heard glass breaking in the background.
“I’m going to kill them, Satoru. I can’t let them live, they don’t—what they did, I can’t—” His voice was raw and angry then, but thick, like he was crying.

Immediately he continued speaking into the receiver, “I’ll be right there, Sugu, don’t move.”
(Or, if Suguru had called Satoru that night instead.)

Summary
Suguru is an insanely private person, Satoru had enough time by now to realise that. Sure, Suguru talks about what he likes and dislikes and he shares funny little thoughts with Satoru, but he never ever talks about his childhood, his parents or any other relatives.
Satoru knows that Suguru is living alone, even though he’s never been to his place, and that’s all, really.
It’s not that he minds it, much. Suguru is his best friend, despite the obvious holes in his lives and even though he never talks about any of that Satoru doesn’t feel as if he’s being kept out of the loop or if Suguru is keeping secrets from him.
Suguru is still the person Satoru trusts most. It just seems like maybe Satoru isn’t the one Suguru trusts the most because he very adamantly does not want to talk about why he looks like shit.

He stares at the walls with unseeing eyes, letting Megumi twist and bend his long fingers like vines, letting those small hands crush his own like fine paper.
“Are you hungry?”
He asks, voice faraway. Megumi only sobs once, in reply. Folding Satoru’s hands against his middle, where the worst of all aches always lie.
Or, Gojō Satoru realizes that some wounds might never fully heal, but given time, they do stop bleeding.
