Summary
Mingi had always known he was destined for greatness, even if no one else in his family ever had. No one really expected much of him. Follow his father"s orders, marry someone respectable, and settle down quietly while his betters handled the politics of the Kingdom. But he wanted more than that. So much more. Ever since he"d first traveled to the capital city and saw knights compete in daring contests during a tournament, Mingi set his sights high, reaching for stars no one thought he could ever touch.
But he"d show them. No longer just the seventh son of a noble house. No longer just a nobody working under his father’s command. He’d make sure his name was worth remembering.
Yunho, from the moment he was born, was destined for destruction. All children born to House Sirius with devastating magical ability were nothing more than tools to their betters. First his father. Then his sister. He devoted himself completely to them both and the destruction they required of him. He had been content with that. Nothing and no one stood in his way, and those who did never stayed long enough to mean anything.
Until... someone did. Someone who made him want to be destined for more than just destruction.

Summary
“You all know how the story goes. Five years ago, ATEEZ versus Agony. How Ghost contacted the burgeoning organization to take down the mega corporation. The struggle they all went through in the span of two months to take out the corruption once and for all. And they won! Finally, the city was at peace, right? ATEEZ filled the void Agony left only they were the good guys. Their numbers expanded and support for them and their message was at an all-time high. Untouchable. Good always beats evil. Freedom always triumphs over oppression. ATEEZ overthrows Agony. Simple really. But that’s such a naive way of looking at it. It takes a monster to take down another monster, doesn’t it? And in the end, who’s really good and what’s exactly evil when all is said and done? Tyranny moves in circles often times, like everything else in history. An oppressive force is doomed to be overthrown eventually, and then a new one takes its place.
"Are you really content with going about your lives like you haven’t noticed it? Like you’re okay with letting another tyranny take over our lives and control them?
"There"s more to this story. So let"s find out, shall we?"

Summary
Choi Jongho lived a simple life where nothing particularly extraordinary ever happened anymore and that was the way he liked it. His life was peaceful; it was quiet; hardly anything ever changed; and he wouldn’t have it any other way. After all, his adventurous days were long behind him. A few too many battles, a few too many scars both where anyone could see and where no one could, a few too many loved ones lost. He craved the monotony he had now, relished slow days in the warm, spring sun, clung to the happy smiles sent his way these days. It was a simple life and he needed it to be that way after the chaotic complexity of his past.
But then he met Jung Wooyoung and his simple life became a little less so. Though, Jongho could hardly regret meeting who would end up becoming the love of his life, even if he had turned his world completely on its head from the moment they first met.

Summary
Wooyoung"s life was lived almost perfectly, everything had its place and everything in its place, just as his father beat into his head. Absolutely. Without a doubt. Perfect. Obviously.
Well. Everything except for one person. One person who ruined everything. One person who made his blood boil, made him want to tear his hair out in frustration, made him want to jump off his balcony and into oncoming traffic.
Park Seonghwa.
But his chance had finally come. One last chance to one-up Seonghwa before they graduated at the end of the semester.
Every year, from spring break till the end of the semester, students organized a campus-wide event for the graduating class. One last hurrah before the student body was swamped by job searches and final exams.
Assassin.
A friendly, yet highly competitive game, like targeted tag. Last man standing wins.

Summary
When Wooyoung envisioned his Friday evening after a long day of work at the office, he pictured a quiet night in; a fancy dinner made by yours truly, a bottle of strawberry wine that he’d been saving, a pile of fluffy blankets, and the latest show off Netflix he’d been dying to watch. It definitely was not whatever the hell he was being forced into now. But both San and Yeosang had come to him at five o’clock sharp when he clocked out, and when those two teamed up against him, Wooyoung was completely powerless to stop whatever their whims might’ve been on most occasions.
Yeosang, bless his heart, really was trying to help Wooyoung have a good time and potentially find someone. There were a decent number of guys around the place and Wooyoung could be reasonably sure at least a majority of them were also into other guys in some way; this was a gay club, or so Yeosang had said. But no one really stood out to Wooyoung. Sure, there were tons of attractive men walking around but no one so far that looked better than his Netflix subscription and glass of wine waiting for him back at home.
And then, he came on stage.

Summary
He should’ve been expecting this. Things had been growing for a while now and of course they would inevitably explode back in his face after years of saying nothing. That’s just the way Wooyoung was; living fast and loose, careless with physical affection. If he wanted to do something, he was going to to do, end of story. Without a care for the repercussions… that was a problem for future him after all.
Seonghwa had no one to blame for the scene before him now, for the pitiful, tearful confession he hadn’t meant to say but here he was. He shouldn’t have let it get this bad. He should’ve told Wooyoung to stop the first time it happened. He should’ve put boundaries up, should’ve protected his fragile heart better. He knew better than this. Had his emotions shattered enough times to be more careful. But it was too late for any of that. He dug himself this grave, and now he’d have to lie in it.

Summary
“How drunk were you last night?”
Megumi shrugged, sitting down at the table across from Nobara. He downed another glass of water before responding.
“I still had my pants on when I woke up,” he attempted a joke. “So not that drunk.” As if he could get drunk enough not to remember having sex.
“Those aren’t your pants,” Nobara decided aloud.
“What?!” Megumi asked incredulously.
“Those aren’t your pants,” Nobara said again. “And judging by the bruises on your neck and chest, it wasn’t a simple laundry mix up either.”

Summary
A home run.
A home fucking run.
Yunho had pitched a perfect game only to have it destroyed in an instant so fantastically he wasn’t sure he’d ever be able to recover from the slight. He whipped around to look at the scoreboard in fury. Zero to one. The number 16 flashed in celebration across the colorful screen, displaying the handsome face of the player who had just made a fool out of Yunho in a matter of minutes. His batting average was insane, even Yunho could admit to that. 0.42? That was absolutely unheard of. But he wasn’t interested in that. No, he wanted to know exactly who it was that had ruined his perfect game.
Song Mingi.
He’d just have to do something about that one.

Summary
Kang Yeosang was a strange man, or at least that’s what everyone always said; though, the words they used weren’t always the kindest. But one could hardly blame them for thinking the way they did. Kang Yeosang was a strange man, and he didn’t try to keep it a secret from anyone he met. Kang Yeosang was a witch and a very good one; or at least he always said so. Wooyoung hadn’t met many witches, so he just had to take the man’s word for it.
Jung Wooyoung, on the other hand, considered himself to be completely and utterly boring. There was nothing about him or his life that anyone could point and gawk at like they could with Yeosang. Perhaps that’s why he liked to be around Yeosang so much. Because then, if only for moments at a time, he could feel like he was meant for more than just an average, normal life.

Summary
“You look nervous."
“Let’s tie you up in an unfamiliar place and see how you feel."
“Funny. I would be nervous if I were you.”
“Lucky I’m not you. If you’re going to kill me, why don’t we just get it over with?”
“Oh no, I’m not going to kill you. I don’t kill.”
“But you’re not above capturing helpless strangers."
“You’re a funny man when you’re scared. You’re nowhere near helpless or a stranger to most. I know exactly who you are. The renowned professional criminal known only as Pirate King, a man who made a name for himself as a soloist but is now the leader and founder of the ATEEZ organization, the next up and coming crime ring in the city. You’ve taken down hundreds of corrupt officials and even worse criminals; even if you didn’t kill them, you may as well have with what you’ve reduced them to.”
“If you’re not going to kill me, what do you want? Maybe we could come to an agreement."
"My contract for you and your little organization is the Agony organization. I want you to help me finally put an end to their tyranny.”
Well.
Now that was something he could get behind.

Summary
Jongho had been searching endlessly for two weeks to find someone to play an accompaniment to his voice. There was a showcase at the end of the semester; a little event to show his professors that their time wasn’t wasted on him, to show improvement and potential. Everything just had to be perfect, had to go exactly right, or he was doomed. Ever since his accident, he’d lost his scholarships, the whole reason he had gone to school here in the first place. He was starting to get more desperate the longer he went without someone to play for him. So much so that he even accepted a referral from one of his closest friends. Time was running out and the man that showed up on Yeosang"s recommendation was... well... not exactly what Jongho had been expecting.

Summary
Jongho knew very well how important stopping the end of the world as they knew it was. What he didn’t understand, however, was why they needed help from their deranged future-selves. He didn’t trust them as far as he could throw them, and he knew from experience that he could throw some of their smaller members pretty far. He wanted to interact with the other ATEEZ as little as possible. Especially the other Yeosang. That one just… unnerved him the most out of all the clones he’d met today. He looked exactly like the Yeosang he had come to care very deeply about but literally everything else was just so… wrong. The way he moved, slinking around like a viper ready to snap up his prey at any moment. The way he talked, his voice hardened and commanding attention in a way Jongho had never heard come from his mouth before. His eyes threw Jongho off the most, so sharp they didn’t miss a thing, seemingly staring directly into the core of whatever was unfortunate enough to catch his eyes. And for a good majority of the night, that unfortunate object of the other Yeosang’s full attention had been Jongho.

Summary
San had been in a state of confusion ever since early this afternoon and it had only gotten worse as the day continued on. Of course, he’d felt this way towards other people before—this insatiable urge to have intimate physical contact wasn’t foreign to him—so he knew what was happening as he laid awake in his bed that night, unable to sleep. What he didn’t understand was why exactly this feeling was plaguing him and how it could’ve happened so suddenly.
Well, he knew exactly how it had happened, but he didn’t think that it would happen that way specifically. He’d always been super affectionate towards all the members of his group, always super willing to be clingy and indulge in less than heterosexual ways. The fans always liked it and it was apart of his personality anyway, so why not? Mingi, on the other hand, took it to a whole new level. Mingi was also a pretty clingy person but he was feeling especially emboldened on today’s broadcast schedule. From dancing suggestively with Inseong to going as far as to mock making out with Yunho, San should’ve been more prepared for what happened when Mingi suddenly grabbed him while they danced their punishment.

Summary
It’d been forever and an eternity since he’d been on an actual date—okay, maybe he was being a bit overdramatic and it’d actually only been around six months—but he had every right to worry over every little detail. When his roommate, Hongjoong, had come to him the other day saying a friend of his who was looking to enter the dating scene again had seemed relatively interested in Seonghwa, Seonghwa had practically kissed the man on the spot. He had been trying for weeks at that point to try and find a steady girlfriend to no avail. This just had to go well...
“Ahem,” he heard someone clear their throat, startling Seonghwa out of his spiraling train of thought. He lifted his eyes from where they had been out of focus staring at the flower between his anxious fingers. He blinked a few times, still coming out of his daze as he tried to make sense of what he was looking at. The owner of the voice sounded distinctly… not female. Well this... wasn"t what he"d been expecting...

Summary
For as long as San could remember, he had always lived with a horrible curse. He’d been born with it, as far as he knew, and that’s all he really knew about it. He supposed it could’ve been worse. He could’ve been cursed to look like a hideous monster until he found love, or to sleep endlessly until his true love kissed him. But no, instead, he was cursed, whenever anyone looked at him, to always look like their ideal type. It had taken him forever to figure out why no one, not even his own parents, seemed to know what he really looked like. But this was dangerous, what he was about to do. Just opening himself up for even more heartbreak that he didn’t even know if he could handle at the moment. But he was dying to know—he had to know—what Wooyoung saw when he looked at him. What was the biggest-crush-of-his-life’s ideal type?

Summary
To be completely honest, no knight would show up to one of these things for the sole purpose of ‘entertaining the masses’. No, the real reason why more than a hundred knights and men of noble birth showed up to his father’s—to the King’s—royal tournament was for the reward. That, of course, being a marriage to one of the King’s royal children and, not to even mention the handsome amount of gold that was in the champion’s purse either.
But what had slipped Taekwoon"s mind completely was that he was included in "the King"s royal" children as well as his sisters.
