Summary
What if Michael was suddenly forced to remain on Earth after he tried to take over Lucifer’s life? He is not allowed to return to the Silver City for the foreseeable future. Resentment, frustration, and anger abound but also the overwhelming sense of boredom. What is an archangel to do but insert himself once again into his fallen brothers life?
Dealing with not one, but two, celestial beings was turning out to be way above Chloe’s paygrade. She already has to deal with being a literal miracle, and an apparent gift for Lucifer sent by God himself, why not add in conflicting feelings of interest in concerns with Michael? Chloe needed a very long holiday at this point and a lot, like, a lot of Tylenol.
As for Lucifer, he really would love it if he could be left alone and allowed to be happy for once without someone attempting to fuck everything up. Was that really too much for a charming Devil to ask for?
