Summary
After the capture of the notorious supervillain, Nightmare, who had been reining terror down on the city for the past year, the Hero Coalition runs into some problems. Upon being unmasked, it's revealed Nightmare is not legally an adult and is the child of one of their top heroes.
The laws are complicated around children who put on masks. While the cops, lawyers, and heroes figure out how to handle this mess without leaking anything to the press, the kid needs to go somewhere. He can't go home with his adoptive father who is facing child negligence charges (not to mention the man's superhero alter ego had beaten the shit out of him live on camera last week). He can't go to a normal family with his dangerous powers. He can't even be thrown in jail without risking the scandal getting out.
So, they turn to Crowfather to save the day!
“Did you attend school?” asked Phil.
“Yeah.”
“What's your favorite subject?”
“The fuck are you doing old man?” he asked, suspicious but calm. At least... calm until his social worker spoke.
“Thomas,” he scolded, his hand coming down to squeeze the boy’s ankle.
Oh, Phil thought. The boy hadn't been kidding about the biting like a dog thing.

Summary
Tommy had been a blood bag for vampires all his life. He was trained. An expert, one could say. He knew to only speak when spoken to, always to do as he was commanded, never to defend himself, never to run, never to show his pain.
He could be perfect. A perfect blood bag.
But when the Angel of Death showed interest in him, he faced challenges he'd never thought he'd encounter.Or: Phil would normally never buy a living blood bag but strange times asked for unusual solutions. And he did intent to set him free as soon as possible and offer him a good life in one of his citys in the Antarctic empire. Why he ended up choosing this scared looking teenager was another question. Maybe following his originally plan would prove to be harder than he thought. Especially since his boys always told him, they'd love to have a little brother.
Or: Tommy is terrified, Phil gets attached - as he does. And things get better.
Dark SBI, especially in the beginning - but Phil is a softy for fatherless kids - even if they're TECHNICALLY just a means to survival.

Summary
Life was a horrible blur nowadays, compiled with the simple tasks of wake up, eat, get taken to the medbay, thrown back into his cell afterwards, given one more meal then sleep. Only for the day to repeat itself tomorrow over and over again like a clock.
Ranboo didn’t understand what was so fascinating about him. They poked and prodded like he was a space anomaly. Scars littering his body like he was the stars the aliens ship sailed across in. Nothing ever changes.
That is until two new aliens are thrown into his room and with them, the idea that maybe he could have a life beyond the cage he learned to accept. That is if they don’t eat him first.
Or: Ranboo has been held captive and experimented on by aliens for a long time now. He gets a new chance at life when Tubbo and Tommy get kidnapped by the same aliens, starting the butterfly effect to freedom.

Summary
According to the rules of the complex, every mage has to take an apprentice within seven years of establishing a tower. Techno and Phil have lived in their complex five years, and while they're not QUITE at the stage where they'd take anyone they could, it's starting to be a concern
So is it luck, chance, or fate when they stumble across Tommy and Tubbo on their way home? It's chat's meddling, that's what it is.
Some questions remain, though: Will Tommy and Tubbo choose to stay? Why were they out in the woods alone, and when is that going to bite them in the ass?
