Summary
It's a split-second decision. He drops his towel aside and beelines next to the blonde, grabbing a bottle of vodka on his way so he doesn’t look suspicious, and slams it loudly on the counter next to the pair. The blonde jumps and stares at him with wide eyes.
“Hey, sweetheart,” Alex drawls out; he’s careful to move slowly but he leans over the counter anyway, going up on his tiptoes, and lets his lips brush against his cheeks. The blonde hairs tickle his forehead. “And here I was wondering where my favorite person went.”
During his shift at his bar, Out Law'ed, Alex saves him from a handsy flirt by pretending to be boyfriends. They keep it going.

“Hi,” an amused voice says on the other end of the line. “You’re through to Alex at L&G. Can I start by taking your name please?”
“Henry,” he admits, although the lure of a false name is calling to him like a siren song. “I’m – look, how long were you on the line just now?”
There’s a pause before the man answers. “I’m legally obligated to advise you that these calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Is that enough of an answer?”
Henry just about manages not to swear. “Thank you. Unfortunately that is very clear.”
“Great. How can I help you today, Henry?”
He wonders if they offer euthanasia.

"You know what?" Henry says loudly, annoyed beyond belief that he has to hear for the millionth time how fucking cool Alex is with Henry's sexuality. "If you're such a good ally, why don't you suck me off? Since you're so insistent, why not get on your knees, Alex?"
He regrets the words as soon as he says them, but it's not like he can shove them back into his mouth; he can't take them back. He closes his eyes so he doesn't have to see the shocked expression on Alex's face and takes a few deep breaths.
"Sorry," he says tightly a moment later, eyes still closed. "That was uncalled for."
"Do you want me to?"
