Summary
Steve survives the final showdown with Vecna, but the aftermath is one he never saw coming: a flayed parasite implanted in his abdomen. One that can’t be removed, and happens to be looking more and more like a human fetus as it grows. Just as Steve’s coming to terms with that whole shitshow, Billy Hargrove inexplicably rises from the grave.
And guess which lucky guy gets to be his roommate?

Summary
Steve had wanted their honeymoon to be as silly and sickeningly romantic as it could get, but unfortunately, the two-week all-inclusive luxury romance package isn’t refundable. Steve could definitely use a breather and he's not about to throw five thousand dollars down the drain like that, so of course he's going to go. He's just not sure why he invited Billy to come along.

The silence in the car becomes unbearable.
“Hey kid,” Billy tries. “Where you from?”
“The future,” she replies.
Okay, so she doesn’t wanna talk. “Right, got it.”
Except he desperately needs something to distract him. “Like distant future, or…?”
“A year and a half,” she says. “Maybe more.”
“Damn,” he whistles. “Future any good?”
“No," she says. "Everyone dies.”
“Sounds rough.”
“Yes,” the girl agrees.
Doesn’t seem to be much of a talker, huh?
Playing along, he considers asking whether he dies as well. Being dead doesn’t sound too bad right now, but that’s probably not the thing you tell a ten-year old kid you just almost ran over.Bookmarked by 4177Gigi4177
