Day 14 (Left for Dead)
The monsters of Faron Woods were relatively weak, easy to kill after he'd fought the first few and learned their predictable attack patterns. Even the Skyview temple wasn't that difficult, sure there were a few monsters that were a bit stronger, but nothing he couldn't handle.
Until he encounters Ghirahim, and in a move of foolish confidence draws his sword, not realizing just how badly outclassed he truly is.
(AKA) Ghirahim is more than capable of making good on his threat on the first encounter in Skyview Temple.

So @mirensiart has this Kiznaiver AU on tumblr where the chain get cursed to share pain, physical AND emotional, and you should read her comics- you don’t have to, if you just wanna read an out of context scene of the boys having a bad time, but seriously look at Miry’s blog right now.
OR: Sure, Link died during the Calamity, but Link and Zelda weren’t exactly having a great time in between the spring and Blatchery Plain. A one shot of that in-between, for one Link a memory of a world on fire, and for the others a very present taste of running through a world on fire.

Wind has a run in with Twilight’s necklace. He does not appreciate this, especially since turning back proves to be... difficult.
