Hoshina's frown only deepened in confusion. "What is it then?"
Narumi closed his eyes and sighed in defeat before he reopened them. "I'm a virgin," he gritted out.
"You– What?" Hoshina quickly looked him up and down before his eyes refocused on Narumi's face. "Really?"
Narumi frowned at the disbelieving tone Hoshina used, feeling annoyed. "Dude," he started, "You and I both know I spend all my free time playing games. When the fuck do you think I'd have time to fuck around?"

"Help you with your heat," Gen chuckled sardonically, giving a terse glance to his self-proclaimed rival, "you sure you can handle that, vice-captain?"
"Yes," Hoshina replied, devoid of his usual cheerfulness for once; Gen should have known that something was wrong then and there. "Besides, you don't really have to fuck me."
That stops Gen in his tracks completely. He finally shifts his eyes from the handheld console and gives the man standing before him his full attention.
"That's interesting," he commented, full of amusement, "well, what do you need me for then?"

Or the fic in which the object of Narumi Gen's affection—ahem—annoyance, asked for his help for the first time ever, and it leads to him having the most mind-melting experience that he was pretty sure he was never recovering from.

Slowly, Nagi shakes his head.
Reo gives him a wan look, and steps back into the darkness of his house. The click of the door feels resoundingly final.
Nagi’s left on the doorstep, feeling not so much like he’s missed a step but instead like he’s crashed through the whole staircase, and begun to freefall.
After their falling out in the Second Selection, Nagi realises that Reo's started to avoid him.
