After weeks of physical fights and arguing, they begin the see a similarity in wants and goals. They may be able to escape together. They may be able to work together to capture the Batman in an elaborate plan to take the city. They may have more wants than just villainous intent.

Summary
Imagine this: you’re supposed to meet up with your brother to rebuild your strained relationship when he calls you to tell you he’s been kidnapped. He doesn’t know who grabbed him. You don’t know where he is. You got plenty of ties to make finding him easier, but he insists you don’t use them and drag your whole mafia family into it.
So, you gotta find out who took your brother, and you can’t use any of your usual sources without seriously pissing him off, and the situation isn’t desperate enough to warrant that, but you still have to find him.
For help, you have a ditzy, horror obsessed, housekeeper who accidentally killed you in a fire, an unhinged, antisocial scientist you can’t trust and seems to know your boyfriend, and whatever bits and pieces you can get from your brother’s friends to not just save your brother, your rocky relationship with him, your younger sister’s sanity, and uncover a mystery literally no one cares enough about to solve.
Also, you’re really fucking short and got shit taste in names, as everyone likes to tell you—good thing the people you’re working with are also short with shitty names.

Quackity accidentally breaks a glass bottle in Manberg. Three weeks later, he breaks another in Pogtopia. The experiences couldn’t be more different.

Quackity scowls at him. “You want some fucking honesty, Wilbur? Get your ass out my office right fucking now. I don’t know how you got in here or why you thought it was a good idea, but get OUT.” Quackity shouts. Wilbur might have believed him if his face wasn’t flushed.
Wilbur saunters closer, his hands loose in his pockets. “Where’s the fun in that?” Wilbur smiles, leaning close to Quackity. Quackity matches him until their faces are just inches away and Wilbur can smell the smoke in his breath.
“I’m telling you, Wilbur, get out now or I will make you.”
“Then make me.”
The words are barely out of Wilbur’s mouth before he’s being shoved into the wall. His head smacks against the drywall painfully but he doesn’t wince. He’s taller than Quackity, sure, but the man packs a punch. And this is a fight Wilbur almost doesn’t want to win, with his arms pinned to the wall and Quackity’s face right up against his own.
