Truth be told, she didn’t know what she expected.
Experiences create memories which create identities, as far as she was concerned. Giving up your memories might as well be committing suicide-- the empty husk you leave behind won’t be you anymore regardless. Surely he realized the gravity of that, right? She couldn’t wrap her head around it-- and she tried, she really did!-- but alas, such rash behavior might just be part of human nature she’ll never comprehend. If this guy was unhinged enough to seek out the supernatural, a death God, crossing that border between life and death just to doom his unsuspecting future self to kill criminals without consequence, maybe there really was no method to his madness. Maybe he was just that crazy.
Maybe there was nothing to understand. Nothing at all.
(Or: Shinigami thinks about Number One, about Yuma and about what lies ahead of her now that they're officially partners. She thinks about a lot of things. So, so many things.)

After a few months staying at Kanai Ward, aided by a newly-corporeal death god, Yuma had gotten her gender thoroughly transed... and, soon after, started acquiring a pudgy, pear-shaped figure.
What was supposed to be an assignment to uncover the city's Ultimate Mystery has gone off the rails, and the shy detective is left with one ton of ass, and a hell of a craving for living flesh. Somehow, Shinigami isn't the only friend happy to accommodate!

Chapter 1 - Taking advantage of a moment when the ship is completely quiet, Shinigami decides to show off to Yuma a new ability and uses it to make a first move.
Chapter 2 - Desuhiko seems to have fallen for the the Nun at the Metal Fox Church. He hatches a plan to make her fall for him and has Yuma help him. The problem with the plan is that Desuhiko is involved.
