Summary
A fallen prince is found on the shore of the God's Eye lake just as the region's new overlord arrives at the nearby cursed castle with his natural daughter. Together, the three will scheme to restore a dead house and seek vengeance against those that should be, but it will be a long and perilous journey to gain the friends necessary to achieve their goals, while questioning if those they've considered friends from the start can truly be trusted.

Frustrated with the War of the Five Kings, Domeric Bolton deserts the Northern army and rescues Sansa Stark from King’s Landing.
Part war story, part chivalric romance, part tragic irony, major Cerebus Syndrome. A look at the weight of curses and at Roose Bolton as a husband and a father. A darkfic with a light at the end of the tunnel, partly inspired by Dante Alighieri’s La Vita Nuova.
This mostly follows book canon until midway through ASOS, but I have used the ages from the show. Fun fact, if you play the Game of Thrones CK2 mod and start at Robert’s Rebellion, take a look at Roose’s court and you’ll find Domeric, a poet from the tender age of four.

Summary
Jon and Sansa grew impossibly close after she arrived at Castle Black. When they took back Winterfell, Sansa believed that Jon meant to stay in the North - especially as he's the only one who can comfort her when the nightmares plague her night after night.
When word about dragonglass on Dragonstone and the lure of armies to fight the dead have Jon leaving Winterfell, it leaves Sansa with mixed feelings about the entire course of events. Neither one can stop thinking about the other, even when they know it is wrong.
But when Jon begins to have doubts about Dany as they are marching back to Winterfell, how will he hide his feelings? And as every step brings Jon closer to home, closer to Sansa, how can he deny that she is the one who holds his heart?
