Summary
Will Zimmerman spent his life trying to understand his younger sister, believing that she was suffering from psychosis. For her, reality and fiction were blurring or so he thought. He soon discovers that his reality is a lie and that his sister was right. His life had been wrong, his personality warped by the suppression of his real memories and a special gift that he had forgotten that he had.
His world is further turned upside down when he meets a water wielding pirate with two souls in his body. Things are further escalated by an evil organization known as the Cabal. They hunt for the one known as the Star Child, leader and founder of the mythical Blood Guard and is said to possess the soul of a living star.
The problem was that the Star Child was his sister's best friend that had miraculously survived the effects of the Reality Bomb tearing her universe apart. She was saved by the water wielding pirates and a lightning elemental, but the Cabal hunt her at every turn and they will stop at nothing to claim their prize.
The problem was finding her. If you want to hide something then do it plain sight.
