His attention is diverted when his brother approaches him.

Summary
Wei Ying occasionally wearing dresses and jewels, and the reasons why.
This little cycle of thematically linked short stores is set in my contemporary Gusu City AU. Each can be read on its own. They explore Wangji's loving and single-minded obsession with food for Wei Ying, ornamenting and dressing Wei Ying in nice clothes, and with Wei Ying overall. No real action but domestic happiness, echoes of character study, loving relationship dynamics, a couple of Wangji's quirks.
Rated M. Though I think it's mostly T edging towards M because of the sub-text and some intimacy but not E since it's without technical descriptions. Let me know if you think the rating should be different.
I'm rubbish at tagging or timing my postings.
Since I have no proof-reader, I keep finding annoying little flaws so will keep trying to fix them, i.e. the odd typo and repetition that slipped through the checks.I hope they don't detract too much from the story.
