The gambler leaned against the railing with his hip, smiling softy at the Intellitron lady. "You seem surprised."
"I must admit, I am." Sunday nodded. "The Dreamweavers have worked for years to structurize the Dreamscape fitting to every soul's liking. To not enjoy it is... a rare occurrence."
"I didn't say I don't enjoy it." a charming laugh escaped Aventurine's lips. "You must have always lived here, miss. If you traveled the cosmos even once you would know... There are far better sights."

Just as his fingers brushed the handle the door creaked and opened on its own. Sunday made sure to steady his feathers before they betrayed a hint of his surprise, looking up to lock eyes with his own face.
In the chaos of the last five hours, he had completely forgotten about his lackadaisical brother.
Sunday had just returned from Dreamflux Reef, and was just at the Dewlight Pavilion to check over a few documents before meeting with the Astral Express and the Dreammaster for their 'confrontation'. He forgot to factor in his twin brother, who had been operating on the assumption that he was dead for the past three hours.

“Sounds thrilling,” Ratio comments, sarcastically, “hope they didn’t burn all their wit, when coming up with whatever they’re envisioning.” He looks up from his papers, propping his elbow on the desk to lean on his palm — Aventurine has long stopped being ashamed of admiring the good doctor, in particular when Ratio flexes his muscles around him.
“Oh, I wonder… I can only imagine how they must’ve felt working with you,” as he says so, he takes out, from under his coat, a small package. It’s slightly larger than the size of his palm, silvery in color but with a large yellow duck printed on it.
Ratio’s groan says it all.
