In present time, with Walburga Black turning up dead in an eerily similar fashion and the murders becoming high profile, the police have no choice but to prioritize this investigation over the others. However, Regulus Black has little to no faith in them. Taking matters into his own hands might not be everyone’s advice to him but that hardly mattered to him. That doesn't budge and truly it never failed to amuse Harry how much weaker omegas were, despite how the Wizarding World seemed to view them as strong. Which they surely were, with a wand, but without one they were…vulnerable.
Uncle Vernon seemed to be right more often than not when it came to omegas.
“Come on, give me a smile,” Harry teases, lips quirking at the particularly acidic look that Draco shoots him.
“Move.”
“I think that I'm comfortable here, thanks,” he chuckles, reaching down to tuck a lock of Draco’s hair behind his ear. “Let me take you out.”
In a world where omegas are cherished in the Wizarding World, while in the Muggle World they're viewed as less than…Harry takes after Vernon in the worst of ways.
