I am mentally from another Universe. One where this world is a manga following the incoming class 1-A but mainly Midoriya. As such I know about One for All and some things that will most likely happen this year. and Quarks only exist in fiction in my world.
I also know that you need to explain All for One to Izuku and One for All to Eraser Head, Present Mic and Midnight because All for One is alive and the school is going to be targeted multiple times.
As for Hawks and Dabi they are my Soulmates and have already seen my memories.

Dabi has been undercover to take down the League of Villains for a while, but one of All For One's creepy quirks makes it really hard to get any information out to the heros as he can watch and listen along 24/7 with Dabi, while being in prison and having little else to do. If he blows his cover, the guy can just take over his body. Fuuun!
Hence, he asked for back-up. He did not expect the number two hero, Hawks to show up, but they must do. Dabi gives him multiple tests to 1. get the League to trust him and 2. to figure out how good of a double agent the blond is. Besides, right now they need better comms. Three birds with one stone!And who's the handsome dude that stumbled upon them?

"Oh, but it does matter, to me" Hawks murmurs with a cryptic smile, voice as smooth as silk, golden eyes sparkling with insanity.
Dabi cocks an eyebrow, doesn’t ask further. He feels like he doesn’t want to know after all, not when Hawks is looking at him like he’s candy - like he wants to get close and touch him but also kill him at the same time. It just seems that, at least for now, the villain has more curiosity than hate in his regards. Dabi despises the implications.
If he has to play cat and mouse, he certainly wants to remain the cat.
Yet, Hawks looks nothing like a mouse.
