Summary
At a young age like many Izuku Midoriya develops a quirk, one that triumphs all others, making him immune to any other quirk for better or for worse.
But can you become a hero with a quirk such as that? Unable to work or touch another hero? He believed not, changes his profession to fight others for money.
He made a name for himself, and was happy with it. Until something changes one night, when he decides to help someone, someone who doesn't find his quirk as a curse.
And from that point on, Izuku's life gets more interesting.

Summary
The Sludge Villain is capture without any interference and Izuku finds himself under the tutelage of the #9 Pro Hero, Ryukyu.
But things are not as they appear as she has a peculiar interest in him, a complex past with his father, and is quite knowledgeable in regards to the boy's awakening draconic abilities for some reason.
But slowly but surely, the boy's mindset begins to shift from “What would All Might do in this situation?” to “What would a Dragon do in this situation?”.
Throughout history, dragons have been nothing more than mascots and symbols of power but soon the world will witness what true might is and see why dragons are the only true apex predators in all of existence.
Oh, and let us not forget about the five girls slowing worming their way into Izuku's heart.

NOTICE #1: This story is a real slow build, a real slow burn, has a large amount of worldbuilding and a ~lot~ of Pre U.A. stuff too.
