“Obi… what?” The abbreviation feels like gibberish to Katsuki right now, with all the medications he’s under.
“The pregnancy doctor,” Yoshida says quickly before he slips out the door and down the hall. The words make something cold settle into Katsuki's chest. -

The name Bakugou Kasaki had always left a sour taste in her mouth, even if not spoken by her. She thinks this is a typical experience that happens to everyone, and Kirishima lets her know that hating that you are born the gender you feel you are not is not something cis people do.
Basically, Bakugou struggles as a transgender teen with a transphobic mother.
Marked mature for discussion of heavier topics such as self-harm, eating disorders, abandonment, etc. Most of this will take place later in the fic btw.
