Summary
This spawn — starved, abused, and whored out by his master had a lifetime of bitterness and resentment pent up inside. His humanity had been stripped, beaten out of him by every reminder that he was owned for eternity. He was a beast but unable to let the beast out and gorge on the blood of the innocent. There had to be anger underneath this veneer of charm, a need for revenge. He would not be a sacrifice for Bhaal tonight — he would be His next acolyte.
Bhaal’s Chosen stalks the night for a victim and finds a vampire spawn looking for the same. As they get acquainted, he finds Astarion too tragic to kill and instead turns his daggers on his master. He sees potential in the abused spawn, however, and takes him under his wing to mould into his perfect killer.
Astarion suddenly finds himself liberated by an even deadlier monster than Cazador. Will this crazed fanatic be his salvation? Or is he merely trading one bondage for another? And everything changes once he catches the attention of the Dead Three…

“I will give you a tenday to convince your love to relinquish his Ascension. If, in that time, he agrees to the terms and nullifies his contract, you both regain possession of the seven thousand souls and gift them to me.

Summary
Blood sorcerer aasimar Durge crash lands with a traumatized vampire spawn, and everything circles the drain from there. But then flowers grow from the drain. And those flowers are a polycule. Or in other words, what if the Dark Urge was literally inhabited by evil blood that wants out and one of the only ways to stay in control is to remove that blood. Vampires can help with that.
Everything was a blur in her mind, her own sense of self fractured along with her memories. The pieces were jagged when she tried to put them together, cutting her mind in sharp angles and making her vision swim in a maroon haze. It was frustrating, not being able to contribute to the conversations around her, isolated from these others, barely feeling like a person at the best of times, and more like a beast at others. The only time her body felt alive was when she would leap into battle, the bloodlust settling in like the skin she just realized she was missing. Most of them hadn't noticed the shift in her when she fought, or they didn't care, but there was one. One who was watching her even now.

Summary
Nearly 200 years after the defeat of the Netherbrain, The Vampire Ascendent had long lost any hope of redemption. The only person that had ever shown him even a smidge of care, Tav, died 70 years ago. Leaving him alone in a curse of his own creation. Hells, he would've done a lot of things differently given the chance, starting with stopping that damned ritual.
Ava was born plagued by the memories of Tav, and the talent of an artist. An artist with a specific muse. The Vampire Ascendent haunted her dreams, haunted her every waking thought. It is at the Bicentennial Celebration of the Defeat of The Netherbrain, that Astarion finds a small spark of hope again. He finds it in a short, shy, wood elf, with an uncanny talent for painting portraits.
Portraits of him.
[Post-BG3 Ending, Ascended Astarion/OC Relationship. Heed the tags, I may add more as I go. The idea for this story came from a post I saw somewhere over a year ago about elven reincarnation lol. This is very much a smutfic that I accidently wrote plot for, oops]

But he will make Cazador learn to heel, to fear him and obey, if it takes him the rest of eternity. But first he's going to break Cazador Szarr, and he's going to enjoy himself while he does it.

Summary
Ascended Astarion fucks spawn Astarion in clown make-up while Tav is cheese. Part-humor, part-serious, part-smut. Mainly the last part. Seasoned with a sprinkle of meta.
* * *
“Reaching into the pocket of his discarded breeches, Astarion pulled out a bottle of thick liquid and uncorked it in a single motion. The man in front of him flinched at the familiar sound, bowing down further and spreading himself open. The top of his rim peeked through: tight, pink, and delicate – a rose petal on a silky sheet. A true delight. Astarion had been told plenty of times that his hole was a treat to enjoy, but never dared to believe it.”

Summary
Ten years ago, Selene Wavecrest, the bard who saved Baldur's Gate, vanished. Whispers say she died a hero's death. But the truth is far uglier.
Now, in the glittering city of Athkatla, Selene thrives as Estelle Voix, a celebrated singer. Her voice, once a weapon of war, now weaves a different kind of spell, enthralling audiences with its beauty. Her career hinges on an upcoming performance – her final shot at joining The Silver Comet, a prestigious traveling troupe.
But, fate throws a cruel hand when Astarion, his dark presence as potent as ever, materializes in the front row.
Silence is a death sentence. Her voice, the very tool of her success, could betray her. It's the same voice that once whispered promises to him, promises shattered by her escape.
A twisted performance unfolds, fueled by Astarion's obsessive affection. He transforms Athkatla into his personal hunting ground, determined to reclaim the woman who defied him and his dark designs.
One question hangs heavy in the air: Can Selene's perfect disguise hold, or will the price of defying Astarion be her very existence?

Originally inspired by the lyric "anything you say can and will be held against you, so only say my name. It will be held against you," from Fall Out Boy's song "Just One Yesterday."
This is a modern AU where Wyll is a police officer and Astarion is a sex worker. Despite a problematic start, the two manage to find a connection and have it build in time into something more while also dealing with their demons.

Summary
He can see it now: Their team toppled over, exhausted, hope lost. Bloodied, battered and bruised… sobbing at the acceptance of death before them. And then the wizard turns around. He imparts them a quiet melancholy smile. His eyes flicker to Astarion's and the vampire sees it: the decision made without his input. Gale mouths an, “I love you,” before snapping his fingers. Astarion and the rest are teleported to safety and in the distance they see an explosion.
Astarion shakes his head, “No! Stop!” His hand frees from under his lover as he rubs both his hands across his face. Gale awakens suddenly, eyes wide and in a split second he's up running his hands through his curls, soothing the rogue.
“My love! Are you alright? What ever is the matter?!”
Astarion swats his hands away. “You! You fool! And you would do it, too!”
Or: a series of vignettes (mostly from Act 3) of the couple's budding romance. Syrupy sweet, it'll give you diabetes.
