It’s dry and white-hot, like the world itself is ablaze—the horizon turns liquid where the Samurai and Magistrate wobble and blur. Every part of her shaking, Pink tries to crawl forward, but her stomach drags across the dusty ground and her arms give way. Powerless to draw her sword from her hip, powerless to even stand, she feels the ignited atmosphere come down upon her with the pressure of a thousand cinderblocks.

Kay ran into Trucy with her father's boss' cousin, Pearl, because Trucy wanted to get out of the house for a bit with Pearl since her brother wasn't home, and neither was Phoenix or Mia. Kay ends up bringing them over to Edgeworth's house, where Franziska is, but is more working on stuff related to a case than paying attention to the kids. Sebastian, Kay, Pearl and Trucy end up watching Steel Samurai together, and Sebastian casually brings up that his dad plays the Steel Samurai - much to Pearl and Trucy's amazement.
