Kurt Frank, l'explorateur, ou bien aussi dit le professeur d'archéologie.
Malgré son admiration et ses années d'études, il n'a jamais réussi a à se faire un quelconque nom en tant qu'archéologue, au lieu de ça, il est devenu professeur. Professeur pour une classe de lycéen très peu enjoué dans le domaine.
On ne peut pas dire que c'est ce dont il rêvait, mais au moins, il fait ce qu'il aime et est payé pour ça contrairement à d'autres qui n'ont malheureusement pas la chance de faire ce qu'ils aiment.
Un jour, plutôt inattendu, arriva. On lui annonça que lui et sa classe partiraient en Egypte, le pays mère de l'archéologie, pour une sortie scolaire. Comment est-ce que le programme de visiter un simple musée avait pu passer d'un vol d'avion en Egypte ? Oh, les dieux d'Egypte avaient entendu ses prières.

Lava Cake successfully escapes Candy-Land and enters the real world, losing consciousness in the middle of a vast, snowy forest. Speed Skating finds him and wants to help him, but every touch causes him to melt. To melt means to be hurt; to be hurt means to slowly die.
Speed Skating was willing to die if it meant it was in Lava Cake’s arms.
Lava Cake refuses to get anywhere near Speed Skating in fear of hurting him.
Like two magnetic forces with opposite polarities, they can’t help but be naturally attracted to one another.
