The war is over for all four dimensions. Zarc never came to be and Akaba Leo can rot in hell for all anyone else cares. He left behind quite the mess in every dimension. Dennis throws himself into helping rebuild Heartland, much to the scorn and jeers of most of those living there.
He's not running, no matter what his partner says. But what's the actual truth behind whatever it was he and Reiji had? He's not running. He just doesn't know how to be anything but his masks.

“You mean a duel…?” Yuya asked, though he suspected that it wasn’t the kind of game Yuri was referring to.
Yuri confirmed his suspicions, “No. Hide and Seek. You try to hide, while the Obelisk Force and I try to find you. If you can manage to evade us for, say…” he glanced over the prisoners, counting them. “…five hours, one hour for each of your friends and yourself, you and your friends will be released unharmed. If the Obelisk Force catches you, the five of you get locked up. And if I catch you, your friends get locked up and I get to do whatever I want with you for five days!~”

Ever since her husband disappeared, she has kept a strong face to keep her son from breaking. When Yuya is accused of attacking Sylvio Sawatari, and her husband's school on the line, Yoko intervenes, and so does the world around her.
The dimensions will heal, and a happy ending shall arrive in a fragmented world. Not through Leo's machinations and his daughter's resurrection. Not through Reiji's manipulations and tactful preparations. Not through Zarc's desires of human annihilation.
But through a mother's unconditional love and devotion.
