The collar of Isagi’s ruined shirt bunches in his grip and he pulls them close, thrilling in the gasp it draws from him, eyes on the bruised line of his neck and how it jumps for Rin.
"No one gets to kill you but me." He snarls it into Isagi’s mouth, the sheer few centimeters they are apart. “They don't deserve the right.”

It’s supposedly just a ‘feeling’ you get when you see your fated partner. A load of fucking horse shit is what Rin thinks about that. People will look for any sorry ass excuse to justify why their relationship is superior to all other relationships. Just say you’re in love and move on. “This is my fucking room,” Rin points out.
“Yeah, it’s his fucking room and we’ve got fucking to do,” Shidou adds, unhelpfully, squeezing Rin’s ass for emphasis. Rin shoots him a glare and squeezes his throat as a warning to shut the fuck up, though in retrospect that was a stupid idea. The glint in Shidou’s eye confirms as much.
“No, we do not. I hate you,” Rin says, pushing himself off his boy— his ex with a huff. Better to put space between them. “Go ahead, Hiori. I’ll get the insect repellent.”
