Biff was doing George a favor, teaching him that lesson. He'd gotten so comfortable in their routine of bullying him that he nearly forgot they were doing it for a reason. Sure, it felt terrible to be on the other side of a man's fist for the first time in years. But now George was on his level. They could be pals, even. He's earned it.
