He bit down a hiss. So he is going to eavesdrop. Tsk.
Not too long ago, maybe half an hour at most, Galacta Knight had been flying a certain pesky knight back to the castle after getting the promise of receiving a tour of the place. He’d be honest for once, he had been looking forward to it just a bit, but no sooner had he touched down, releasing his grip on the other, had the guard commander—Waddle Doo, had been his name—found them and passed on a message. The King of Dreamland wanted to see Galacta Knight.
Meta Knight even had the audacity to nod and then silently walk off in the other direction, pretending all the while that he wasn’t going to spy as the winged warrior was led away by Waddle Doo, and off to the throne room.

Or, Galacta Knight attempts to settle into life in Dreamland, and Meta Knight attempts to solidify a friendship.

Searing, green-blue bolts of plasma begin forming around the vaguely bird-like creature, and its feathers reflect an otherworldly pattern of swirls. It’s stunning, far more elegant that something Nightmare should be able to create, and frightening all the same.
“What is that,” Jecra practically shrieks, looking up, and Garlude makes the ultimate decision to unsheathe her sword and prepare for a fight. She looks to Meta Knight, they both do, expecting him to answer with the depths of knowledge he always seems to have at his disposal when it comes to their enemies, but—
“I don’t know,” Meta Knight answers, and they falter.
