Shokrakar and Meraad become officially Tal-vashoth, though neither had liked it in the first place. He's a Saarebas, she's a reject.
They have each other, at least.

Summary
On paper, it seems as though the Valo-Kas and the Bull’s Chargers will get along. They are both mercenary groups, and they both have a Qunari at the head of each group. This is the first mistake the Inquisitor makes though.
The line between Qunari and Tal-Vashoth is less of a thin sliver and more of a vast impasse.

Summary
Basra was raised by some not great situations and now he has to deal with all of this Andraste crap. Why can't anyone understand that he's no one, just outsider trash?
Basra Adaar is my favorite inquisitor and deserves the chance to love himself and be loved by others.

Summary
The various journals and journeys of Hissera Adaar, former Tal-Vashoth mercenary, reluctant Herald Of Andraste, and leader of the Inquisition.
(Yes, this is the finale of me replaying Dragon Age, writing too much about the characters in private docs and then making it Ao3's problem.)

Summary
Katari, an unusually small qunari, wants nothing more than to decipher the meaning of dreams and discover who she was before the Valo-Kas found her bleeding out on a snowy Ferelden mountainside. In a world that views qunari as little more than ogres and her small stature makes her appear as easy prey, Katari has learned to keep others at arm's length. Her kindness and trust all too often rewarded with betrayal and prejudice.
She never intended to align herself with humans, much less with a Chantry organisation like the Inquisition. But when an explosion tears a hole in the sky (identical to the one in her dreams), Katari is unable to sit by and do nothing. Will she ever find out the truth? And what will come from her growing relationship with a certain elvhen apostate? Will the Dread Wolf be able to accept his attraction to a woman who makes him question everything?

Summary
“Since childhood, I’ve been faithful to monsters. I have been saved and absolved by them, because monsters, I believe, are patron saints of our blissful imperfection, and they allow and embody the possibility of failing."
- Guillermo del ToroAfter the failure of his plan at the Conclave, Solas joins the Inquisition in order to stay close to the imposing Inquisitor, a Qunari who is now the key to his success. Inquisitor Kubide Adaar, lonely on the throne, ends up reaching out to the odd little hedge mage who seems to understand her as well as she understands herself. It's not long before they're standing together in a strange world that wants neither of them.
But the weight of power can break the strongest hero's shoulders, and the force of grief can drive the strongest will to desperation.

Asala always knew she was different. She was always the biggest and strongest. She didn't know why and really didn't care. All she wanted was to live her life with the people she loved. She was on her way until they made it clear one night that it would never be possible. This is my first stab at fanfic or any type of writing whatsoever.

Summary
Valo-Kas M.C. is not a 1% motorcycle club. The security work that they do is above board, legal and licensed, squeaky f*cking clean. What their clients get up to, however, is none of their business. And their strict "look the other way, ask no questions" policy is what keeps them in business. That is until a new Tevinter client puts the MC in federal cross hairs. Ozet Adaar wants to protect his sister and save his club, but when a Tevinter ambassador knocks him on his ass his heart is pulled in yet another direction and there's nothing more terrifying than knowing that he can't protect them all. His twin, Ozena, might consider herself "barely a mage" but that's still enough to damn her if the wrong people find her out. Federal scrutiny is the last thing they need. Maker only knows if they can shake it with their lives in tact.

“Yes. The children say he’s saarebas,” Tama replied, and her voice sounded so hard and distant. Like she didn’t have any warmth for him anymore. “A shame his body has betrayed him with magic. He had such promise.”
The Qun teaches that you have two options in life: accept your role, or accept your death. Adaar chose a third option.

val hasn't seen the valo-kas since they became inquisitor. luckily, their advisors are on top of things, and soon skyhold is host to what is likely the most tal-/vashoth any of its residents have ever seen.
