Suzuki Iruma wouldn’t say he was necessarily touch-starved, he just occasionally and randomly goes to Balam for his "regularly scheduled human health check-ups,” meant to mark his growth and progress. A check-up, in which, Balam would easily get a tad distracted and go from checking in to just petting Iruma. Or how he always allowed Clara to glomp onto him because he "couldn’t stop her from doing so," and "it’s always best to prepare for the inevitable." Nor did he even find most of Lord Sullivan’s antics annoying, nor did he particularly dislike how his adoptive grandfather spoiled him - personal embarrassment notwithstanding.
No, Suzuki Iruma wouldn’t say he’s touch-starved, but others could make a compelling case that he’s compensating for the years he had lived with a lack of genuine affection.

Except for the other one, never the other one. The other one was too pure and kind for such a dirty world filled to the brim with such pathetic, worthless repulsive creatures such as human beings. They were selfish, greedy, backstabbing, scheming, and only cared about themselves and their money.
And there were no better examples than the other one's biological parents, they sold him off to a demon just for money but for some reason, he still kind of cared about them.
Because of that Survival couldn't put them into the ground.

Iruma is hired as a teacher by his grandfather. It was to give Iruma an opportunity to gain teaching experience. Discreetly, Sullivan was preparing Iruma to become the Demon King. The Demon King who knew everyone and managed absolutely everything in the netherworld to the smallest details.
“The Demon King is the netherworld itself.” Sullivan told Iruma. That was when Iruma realised that the Demon King was everything. A teacher was another thing. Protecting students and making sure that students have a safe environment. An Evidol was another thing.
Iruma is also faced with challenges as an Evidol while being a teacher! However, requests from his students could absolutely not be ignored!
“Please, Iruma-sensei. This is really important! I need to win this! Please!" Kerori, the Evidol, Kuromu, begged.
“… Alright.” Iruma gave in. In the end, Iruma still could not resist the very word, “please”.

The Netherworld was a cruel, harsh, dangerous environment by nature and was therefore a hazardous place to live so demons developed wings to take flight over time so they could adapt to their unsafe home world. So every demon had a pair of wings, big or small, they still had wings on their backs.
Correction, demons were SUPPOSED to have wings.
There was a taboo torture method, one that not even the traitor of the thirteen crowns dared to even utter a word about. Grounding, where the wings of a demon would be removed.
Iruma doesn't have wings, just scars.

Babyls is holding a competition called 'Babyls D-Pop Showcase', which is basically 'Battle of The Bands' in the human world. For this one, numerous classes have to select a certain number of boys to form a musical group.
Iruma, Alice, Lied, Jazz, and Gaap formed a group to represent the Misfit Class, where the five have to perform a song on a genre of their choice and perform it at the auditorium to show the whole of Babyls what they can do and probably get a chance to perform on one of the biggest music performance shows in the Netherworld!
The song used will be Crown by TXT. I'm gonna fictionalize it just for this story.

Lied is so shocked and bewildered at Iruma's sudden appearance and disturbingly calm attitude that he does just that and closes his eyes tight. He flinches violently at the terrifying roar the hellbear lets out, he barely forces himself to keep his eyes closed in time before another ground-shaking growl is let out.
But it's not from the bear.
A low, guttural growl is ripped out from somebody's or something's throat, it promises blood, it promises violence, it promises to harm whatever has offended it, it promises hurt, it promises death.
It promises a lot of things but it's not from the bear.
