Summary
Tuvok is never assigned to spy on the Maquis. Because of his absence, the Val Jean isn’t pulled into the Delta Quadrant in 2371, and Voyager remains at the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards.
Two years later, rumors emerge that the Maquis are developing biogenic weapons. Disturbed by this drastic escalation of the conflict between the Maquis and the Cardassians, Admiral Paris orders Lieutenant Commander Janeway to infiltrate the Maquis. There, she finds herself torn between her duty and her developing attraction to the Maquis leader, Chakotay . . .

Summary
After she arrives on Voyager, a Starfleet vessel, Maquis B'Elanna Torres reviews her history, especially as it pertains to Thomas Paris. She records her perceptions of old and new crew mates as well as aliens they meet during their flight through the Delta Quadrant towards their homes in the Alpha Quadrant (and, in a few cases, the Beta Quadrant).
Although the stories follow the "canon" of the show pretty closely, some inclusions that do not directly contradict what was portrayed visually on the series do appear.
The three original stories first published separately on the ASC mail service in the late 1990's will appear here as chapters in a single work. The final chapters are new and first published in 2024.

Summary
The Federation has fallen prey to a coup d’etat orchestrated by Edward Janeway. While he establishes his hold on the newly-styled Terran Union, the legitimate government-in-exile of the Federation licks its wounds on DS9. Desperate for allies, William Riker goes to the gamma quadrant in search of his blood brother, Martok, who has been imprisoned by the Jem’Hadar. The Dominion chooses this time to launch their attack on DS9 and Kathryn Janeway is torn between needing to keep hope alive for finding Will, and the fight for the Federation she loves.
~*~
This is a heavily canon-divergent, plot-driven story with plenty of Janeway/Riker romance. There’s a summary of previous events in the a/ns if you want to hop on board here. Note that the tone is darker than previous entries, with graphic depictions of violence, and minor character death. There is no major character death, however, and with me the angst always has a happy ending. E-rated smut for J/R.

Summary
Last time: It's been three days since the Defiant left the debris from the Caretaker's array, and tensions are not improving. B'Elanna punched a fellow engineer in the face yesterday.
If you ask me, she got off way too easy for that.

Summary
A golden light snaps off the branch of a dying tree and drifts down into the darkness. The remaining animals, living out their days with what pieces they have left, taste hope for the first time in years. A child—unsteady, untrained, and afraid—must rise against the end of what little life remains. But there is more to saving a land than returning the Light to its cradle, and if all goes well, she will be the last spirit that Nibus will ever see.

Summary
B'Elanna Torres has been up to no good on the holodeck. She's developed a taste for illicit programs - ones that might or might not involve her commanding officer. It's a bad habit she picked up from her ex-lover Seska.
Spanning seasons one through five, this story follows B'Elanna as she explores her sexuality in forbidden ways on the holodeck. It's a dangerous game she's playing, especially considering the fact that one of her crewmates could always walk in on her.

Instead of the USS Voyager getting tossed across the galaxy, the Enterprise-D makes the trip.

Summary
The Federation’s relationship with the Dominion teeters on the brink of open hostility, while the Cardasssians and Klingons rattle sabres at each other, and the Romulans plot from the shadows. Starfleet Command is divided, and paranoia about the changeling threat is as insidious as it is pervasive.
Will Riker, based on DS9, faces the unenviable task of building a Starfleet Military wing from scratch while keeping to the Federation Charter - and all the time his father-in-law, Fleet Admiral Edward Janeway, seeks to undermine Will’s authority.
Meanwhile, Kathryn Janeway just wants to focus on her research on the Bajoran wormhole, but she keeps being dragged into astropolitics, whether by inadvertently supporting her friend, Jadzia, in upending Trill social mores, or getting caught up in Starfleet Intelligence’s plans.
~*~
If you haven't read the rest of the series, you can jump in here! This story is plot-heavy, with Janeway/Riker as the main pairing, and a side helping of Dax/Kahn for good measure. As usual this story deviates from the timeline; many events of DS9 still occur, but they’ll diverge from canon considerably (more so than previous entries in the series).

Summary
An AU take on what would have happened if Val Jean had survived the destruction of the Array at the beginning of Star Trek Voyager – and Voyager was lost. The Maquis rescue a handful of the Starfleet crew, but their integration isn't as easy as it was in the series. Val Jean is a Firefly class cargo ship, and Chakotay is more of a space cowboy than a Starfleet captain. Can they survive the Kazon fleet pursuing them, bent on vengeance, and merge into a crew with a chance of getting home?
Work in progress. Comments and edits welcome.
