The story takes place in Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu in The Philippines. It was midnight, Sea Fairy, Out of boredom, sneaks into the resort's beach (which was already closed). Coincidentally, Moonlight, a debutante, was having her after-party at a nearby outdoor restaurant.
The two meet, but just like the moon and the sea, Moonlight is forced to go back, as the stars called for her, leaving Sea Fairy all alone again.
