Summary
Near complete rewrite of the Astartes Codex. This is a lot more versatile, allows every company to be an independent army, includes the idea of reserves, because Astartes take a LONG time to replace, allows different chapters to have wildly different roles. As Guilliman says, the Codex isn't about being restricted and preventing thought, it's about tactics to consider.

Elysius turned his back to Ohm, sitting between his legs. He reached for his neck and unclasped his helmet, which came away with a hiss of pressurised air. As Ohm collected the long strands of his hair, Elysius rested his head back against the edge of the chair and closed his eyes.
Perhaps someday, he too would find a way to make peace with his past.
Every Salamander has his brander-priest, a constant presence in his life from the moment of Ascension. Even Elysius, a Chaplain with steel-clad faith and a near-unshakeable soul, has Ohm, a blind brander who knows his more troubled, introspective side. This is their story.

Argos may have created a perfect home for his body, but being outside of it was wonderful in a different way. This was a private comfort, only enjoyed for a few minutes at a time.
