Sigurrós Stefánsdóttir lives a quiet life in a village near the ruins of Site 118, where everything had transpired all those years ago. With guilt that had long eaten away at her, she had long restricted her use of magic, working as a miracle healer for cheap and even free to atone for the atrocities she committed with her reality bending powers.
However, one day, a girl whom she thought died as a child long ago, had shown up at her humble village. Familiar face, familiar red sword. She quickly realizes that a ghost of her past has caught up to her.

Silent Hill would be a terrifying town to visit for any normal human. But Sigurrós Stefánsdóttir, also known as the SCP-239: the witch child is not a normal human, for she is a Reality Bender.
She has gotten to know about another Reality Bender living inside Silent Hill, known by many names, the Reaper, the Dark One, or just as Alessa Guillespie. Sigurrós has decided to give her a little visit.
NOTE: this is based solely on the movie Silent Hill (2006), not the video games nor sequels of the movie. Also, in this universe there is no "Sharon" that splitted from Alessa, only "Dark Alessa". It's just a one shot story.

One day, a mysterious man appeared in front of council O5, going through each and every security measure as if he had not even gone through them. This man showed what he was capable of, to the point that the O5 council had no choice but to listen to him, his request was simple, let him work within the foundation as a field agent in charge of subjugating or capturing any dangerous or problematic scp, being able to help in their containment and care as well as providing his resources, Knowledge and skills to the foundation, under a three conditions.

Summary
The life of a 'Security Officer' within the Foundation is a hazards occupation with a high mortality rate, if it wasn’t for the high salary and short-term enlistment option no one would join this madhouse of horrors. All I wanted was to complete my two years then get the hell out of this freak show, yet on my first day with the organization a part of me knew that my wish was nothing more than a pipe dream.
It was a miracle I made it halfway through my contract when trouble finally caught up with me. I can’t remember the whole story and the parts I can recall are fuzzy, but I know it all started when I entered a laboratory belonging to one Benjamin Oliver.
Next thing I knew I was waking up in some dimension called Black Horizon that the GOC used as a landfill for anomalies. It was during this period where I noticed I had powers that I couldn’t explain.
Through sheer dumb luck I managed to stumble upon a pocket of civilization a hidden city called Ganzir and that’s when things finally seemed to be looking up for me at last, until a red skinned asshole and his daughter showed up claiming that the Foundation had turned against humanity and was now waging a genocidal war to eradicate all human life on earth.
