"I imagine you know Constance, Ricky?" Ocean asks, Savannah grimaced once again at her name before nodding.
"Good! Then it's settled, you're our tambourine boy!"
The boy Ocean had pointed out as Noel opened his mouth to speak before Ocean interrupted him, "He has a few days to learn the music!" She smiles patronisingly. She looks like if someone points out how wrong this is then she'll cry.
Constance looks at Savannah apologetically, motioning for her to come sit next to her. Savannah does so, feeling an odd sensation in her stomach. She whispers an apology about Ocean to Savannah, her voice is really pretty. Constance is really pretty.
